Most of the businesses I work with are excellent at their craft but stretched thin on everything around it — answering enquiries, following up, keeping the calendar full. My job is to take that friction away with technology that quietly does the work in the background.
Over the last few years that's led me deep into conversational AI: software that can hold a natural text conversation with a customer, answer their questions, and get them booked — reliably, and at any hour. That work became Wenna.
Wenna is my current venture: AI text-message assistants for local service businesses — plumbers, electricians, contractors, clinics and the like. A customer texts the business's number, and Wenna's assistant answers instantly and books the job, handing off to the owner whenever a human touch is needed.
